Thank you for thoughtfully reading my posts... and many thanks for the insightful reply. Your involvement in this project is much appreciated and respected. I hope that in the end, God will find that I have been courageous... perhaps not always right, and certainly not always righteous, but courageous for the gospel always.

Great post David. Courage is standing for what you believe in even if it cost you a lot. It's easy to be courageous when the crowds all behind you and cheer you for your courageous move. But do we stand when everyone else is laughing, when standing for the right thing will cost your job, your marriage, your friends and even your life.
Jesus lived this out too: he stood against the misleading Pharisee's religious lives and that cost his life. I know his death was pre-written but if you really read the Scripture you can see that Jesus stood against injustice, bureaucracy, hypocrites and yes it just happen back in those days too many of them were religious law leaders. The religious leaders could not handle truth so they decided to "get rid of Jesus".
When you stand for the right things that takes courage because some will plan to get rid of you too. But at the end Romans 8:28 God can use the worst of the worst to use it for our good and his glory. Stand strong and be courageous for God's kingdom.
